STUDY PROGRAMS

 ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS DATA PROCESSING (Bachelor)

The study program in Accounting and Business data processing aims to build an economic and managerial thinking upon the phenomena and processes of the economic practice in public, national and community companies and institutions and their correlation with the social and economic environment outside the company; accounting organization and bookkeeping; organization and carrying out the taska specific to the control and internal audit; drafting and analysis of the financial reports; drafting, presentation and analysis of the consolidated financial situations; accounting for the merging, division, liquidation and acquisition operations in enterprises; organization and exploitation of the business data processing systems; drafting and presentation of the fiscal statements; drafting the financial-accounting on various hierarchies of the decisional process aiming major objectives, such as profit maximization, strategic management, cost-benefit ratio, industrial and investment projects, studies of pre-feasibility and feasibility, audit and financial-accounting control, implementation of national and international standards of accounting and financial-accounting substantiation of the outsourcing decisions of certain departments and services from the economic agent.

MANAGEMENT (Bachelor)

The bachelor study program of Management aims to train students to be specialists with a large knowledge and competences related to the profession.  To this purpose, the graduates will be able to identify, analyze and manage the elements that define the internal and external environment of the company by diagnosis and SWOT analysis; draft and implement strategies and policies of the organization; draft and implement the managerial system and its sub-systems (allocation and re-allocation of resources and activities); identify, select and use the manners of forecast, organization, coordination, training and self-evaluation; substantiate, adopt and implement decisions for small complexity companies (total or on a component); use databases, information and knowledge in implementing the managerial methods, techniques and procedures.

FINANCE AND BANKING (Bachelor)

The mission of the program Finance and Banking lies in the preparation and training the future economists, specialists in the financial and banking areas, thus providing them with the following competences: organization of the financial activity for economic agents, public institutions, financial, banking and insurance institutions; drafting and presentation of the financial statements and reports; drafting, presentation and assistance of the financial and banking statements; carrying out tasks specific to the banking unit network; carrying out tasks specific to the economic agebts in the sector of insurance, stock market, etc; organization of the treasury activity for economic agents, public institutions, as well as at the territorial level (local, district, county); carrying out execution tasks regarding the budget activity; organization and exploitation of the business data processing; carrying out tasks and duties specific to accounting; participation in market surveys, as well in the development of marketing activities; interpretation and implementation of the legislation in the economic sector, namely the one regulating the activity of the companies, financial-banking and insurance institutions, along with the one specific to the European Community.

LAW (Bachelor)

The bachelor study program in Law aims to prepare students for the appropriate use of the concepts, theories, paradigms and methodologies in the field of law, the implementation of the techniques and instruments specific to the legal area, the implementation of the Romanian legislation, of the European and international legislation, the interpretation, correlation and comparison with the legal institutions in the national law, the European law and of other states, the implementation of the knowledge in the data collection and information regarding a real legal issue, the use of the current legislation in the analysis of the legal situations, in the classification and in their correct solution from a legal perspective, the fulfillment of the professional tasks in an efficient and responsible manner, the efficient use of the communication resources and of the information sources both in Romanian and in an internationally used language.  

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (Bachelor)

The bachelor study program in Public Administration aims to train and evolve the students in all the fields of the administrative activity, as well as the level of local and central public administration, in order to acquire all the knowledge required by the government in European institutions, public, local agencies or in private institutions.

LOCAL POLICE (Bachelor)

The bachelor study program in Local Police aims to train students to be able to identify and implement and objectives and competences specific to this major, the acquisition of the psychological certificate requried for the possession of a firearm, the ability and the practical training for using the weapons in compliance with law, providing the public order and road safety or the acquisition of competences to manage and efficiently organize the labor in order to solve the professional issues.

INTERNAL AUDIT IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SYSTEM (Master)

The goal of the master program in Internal Audit in the public and private system is to develop the skills of the master students so as to be familiar with the internal audit in any type of organization inter-related with any of the entities in other EU states and more, while considering the globalization tendency of the economic and financial markets.  The mission of the master program is to refine the understading of the concepts and fields covered by this program, the links between the complementarity between the audit, internal control and governance.  The main goal of the master program is to train the master students in the profession of internal auditor, according to the Classification of Occupations in Romania (COR 2007) in correspondence with ISCO 88 (COM) – profession of internal auditor, code 241105. 

FINANCE AND EUROPEAN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (Master)

The purpose of the master study program in Finance and European public administration is to develop the competences of the master students for the field of European public finance, public administration and public institutions in inter-relation with public institutions within other EU states.  The mission of this master program is to refine the understanding of the concepts and fields covered in this module, the links and the complementarity between finance, public administration, public institutions and other economic entities.  In this context, the main objective of the program is to train specialists for a professional career both in the system of finance and national and European public administration in the sectors of European public finance, European public finance, mechanisms and management of the public administration, financial and accounting management in the public administration and financial risks, the financing of the regional development, budget, fiscal and European policies, management in public administration.

CRIMINAL SCIENCES AND FORENSICS (Master)

The master program in Criminal Sciences and Forensics has a dynamic framework of development of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for the legal activities.  The goal of the program is to develop the knowledge of the master students in the field of national and European penal law, of the new methods of forensics research, for an efficient inter-relation with similar institutions in other EU states.   

The mission of the master program is to refine the understanding of the concepts and fields covered in this module, the links and the complementarity between the two fields in view – criminal sciences and forensics – inseparable in the process of complying with the national and European politics. 

In this context, the main objective of the program is to train specialists for a professional career both in the national and European legal system, in the fields of Criminal Sciences and Forensics.
